Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed with care and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within ~5 business days once shipped. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre‑orders: If your cart includes a pre‑order, your order ships together on the release date (place separate orders if you need in‑stock items sooner).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you on an exchange or replacement (customer covers return shipping).
